TurboCAD (IMSI) Support in Australia & New Zealand
As part of our commitment to IMSI customers in Australia and New Zealand we provide a comprehensive range of support services both locally and in the USA. It includes a number of online resources that provide valuable information and instruction.
Installation Support and Product Activation
Mindscape provides complimentary installation assistance: Difficulties installing software are normally the result of other applications running that can corrupt the installation process and requires these simple Clean Installation Instructions. If you require additional assistance installing your IMSI product, or require an activation code, phone Mindscape on (02) 9964 0475 or email your serial code and phone number to supportau@mindscape.com.au.

Since 1995 Kevin Jeager has worked with various CAD/CAM/CAE systems as a user, a consultant and an application developer. Kevin focuses on mechanical, industrial and automotive engineering and provides sales and support for specialised computer numerical control (CNC) equipment. Kevin has experience with both TurboCAD and DesignCAD. Kevin also has additional expertise in development of TurboCAD add-on application modules eg. Dynamic computer simulation of solid model drawings within larger systems that generate CNC information for machine tools.

Spatial Advantage offers standard and customised training. Training is conducted at their training centre in Auckland, New Zealand or on-site at client premises. Courses are offered for General 2D and 3D from introductory to advanced level. Customised courses are also offered in Land Graphics, Woodworking and Architectural areas. The maximum number attendees per class is 8. Costs are tiered to allow sessions or full courses from 3-8 trainees (range from NZ$555.00 to NZ$720.00 per person per day exc GST).
